Jozy Altidore has agreed a deal with Sunderland and is set to undergo a medical with the Premier League club.
The 23-year old USA international starred for Dutch club AZ Alkmaar last season and is now set to return to England's top flight following his loan spell with Hull City back in 2009/10.
Reports suggest that former New York Red Bulls and Villarreal forward Altidore will have a medical on Wearside on Monday before completing his Black Cats move.
