Middlesbrough striker Jeremie Aliadiere insists they can upset Arsenal this weekend after Saturday's 1-1 draw with Reading.
Relishing the prospect of facing former club Arsenal for the first time this weekend, Frenchman Aliadiere said: "The team certainly hasn't played like that too much this season.
"We have good players and we should not be in the bottom three. We have big players such as Mido and Arca. When they come back, we should be stronger than ever.
"We hear of other managers getting sacked but the players here don't think about that. The manager and the players here are all together. We just want to get out of the relegation area.
"The manager has always been positive, although it is a difficult time at the moment.
"I can't even remember the last time we won a game - but you have to keep going as we don't want to be in the bottom three.
"We could have lost the game but we showed a good reaction after they scored. We fought back, we had chances and could have won."
