Ali Suljic has enjoyed his first year at Chelsea.

The 16 year-old Swede moved to Chelsea from Motala AIF last January.

"The club is very professional and you grow both as a person and a player. It has gone very well so far," he told MVT.

"My goal is to play in Chelsea's first team. But I do not want to rush it, just take one step at a time. I have met most of the first team. Among other things, I was having lunch with John Terry the other day."
