Alexander Sorloth is proud to be Crystal Palace's No9.

The Norway striker recognises the expectations that go with being a Premier League No9, but finds it flattering.

He told VG: "The nine is a number that indicates that you are leading and scoring goals. It's a pressure to get that number, and I was really proud when I got it. Eventually, I hope I'll play ninety-nine games and score goals.

"It's a very good sign. It means they have faith in you, and they bought me for too much money too.

"I feel they have faith in me, so I'm just waiting for the chance."
