The player's agent Francesco Di Frisco is hunting for a Barclays Premier League club, with Milosevic out of contract at Swedish club AIK in the summer.
Fulham have tracked the 21-year-old and he is also thought to be a target of Arsenal and Liverpool - but they will face competition from clubs across Europe.
