AC Milan defender Alex is happy with his move from PSG.
The former Chelsea stopper is enjoying playing for coach Pippo Inzaghi.
"I am tired, but happy," he told Tuttosport.
"My goal was to arrive at a big club like Milan, which has its own history and is known all over the world.
"I knew full well that I would have to work much harder than in the past. Because in Italy, both tactically and physically, there is greater attention to detail on everything.
"This means that you work harder both tactically and physically. I've never trained so much! Inzaghi, despite being young, has an incredible desire to win.
"He thinks about football 24 hours a day, and then we watch a lot of videos. We are always in front of the TV, watching our opponents and trying to understand them."
