West Ham United reserves coach Alex Dyer has enjoyed this season.
He has watched as Ruud Boffin, Junior Stanislas, Freddie Sears and Frank Nouble have become integral to the first-team squad in recent weeks, while the likes of left-back Jordan Brown and midfielder Ahmed Abdulla have been training with the senior set-up as well.
Dyer is one of the most popular faces at Chadwell Heath and relishes every minute of his job.
He told whufc.com: "It's been good. I've enjoyed every moment of it to be fair. For me, I just carry on trying to do my job. Obviously I have ambitions as well and want to keep learning, so every manager who has come through the door I want to keep learning from them.
"I work with a good bunch. The staff are good. I've got Kevin Keen who has been here longer than me and if I need help I can go to him because he's a great coach and a great person. If I need help from him I can go there and get some advice."
