Alex has departed Chelsea and is set to sign a deal with Paris Saint-Germain it has been revealed.
A fee in the region of £4.2million has reportedly been agreed between the two clubs leaving the Brazilian free to join the French giants after passing a medical.
PSG boss Carlo Ancelotti, who managed Alex at Stamford Bridge, confirmed today that the deal will be done.
Alex had been heavily linked with a move to QPR earlier this winter but he preferred a move to France which is now on the verge of occurring.
"He will be a PSG player. It was a good opportunity given his price and his desire to join PSG," he said.
