Alex feels he's playing at his best now with Chelsea.

Talking about the influence of Guus Hiddink, Alex told Chelsea TV: "I think I did a good job with the manager when at PSV.

"Now I think I play good the same as at PSV and I am important for the team, the same as other players.

"It is easy playing alongside John Terry," the central defender continued. "He is the best defender in the world and is a good friend by always helping me on the pitch, always speaking with me, saying Alex you have to do this. I am very happy to play with John Terry."
