Atalanta president Alessandro Ruggeri is confident the club can survive in Serie A this season.
Ruggeri, just 22, has taken over from his father, Ivan, who was the club's President until he suffered a cerebral aneurism in September last year.
Asked about his lack of publicity, Ruggeri replied: "I don't like going on TV. I prefer to work in my office to guarantee a solid future for Atalanta: I speak when it's right to intervene, but Atalanta is not closed in on itself. The club takes great consideration of popular opinion and we need the strong support of the fans to survive."
