Liverpool legend John Aldridge believes fans can be excited about what is waiting for them in this month's transfer market.

Aldridge explained in the Sunday World: "Luis Suarez's decision to sign a new contract with Liverpool suggests the club have something special planned in this upcoming transfer window, because the Uruguayan striker would not have committed his future to the club unless he was getting promises of ambition in the future."
