Albrighton delighted to be back in action with Aston Villa

Marc Albrighton is back in action for Aston Villa.

The exciting winger has been a month out with an ankle injury, but scored one and created another in Villa's 4-0 reserve-team victory over Birmingham City this week.

Albrighton told Villa's website: "When you start for the first team in an FA Cup game all you want to do is keep playing and performing in stadiums which are full every week.

"You want to play in front of those sort of big crowds, perform and I can't wait to do it again.

"It was great to be on the bench against Reading too.

"Gabby got ill overnight so I got the shout late on. It was brilliant to be involved."
