David Albelda's compensation case against Valencia has been dismissed by the Spanish courts.
Judge Miguel Angel Gonzalez Crespo yesterday handed down his ruling which rejected Albelda's demand for his contract to be terminated and he to be awarded £40 million in compensation.
The Spain midfielder now has ten days to appeal the verdict.
