Alan Curbishley enters Wolves talks today

Alan Curbishley will enter talks with Wolves later today.

The Daily Mail says Curbishley, who publicly threw his hat in the ring to be Mick McCarthy’s successor on Monday, is set for talks with chief executive Jez Moxey and owner Steve Morgan.

The Wolves pair have compiled a wish-list which includes Curbishley, Neil Warnock and Steve Bruce, as well as targets who are already in jobs. And while the club does not envisage making an appointment before the weekend, it would appear that Curbishley, 54, is in pole position to return to management four years after he quit West Ham.
