Prospective Portsmouth owner Sulaiman Al Fahim is staying tightlipped over his transfer plans.

Spokesman Ivo Ilic Gabara said: "We are not commenting on how the club is going to be managed or the composition of the team until Sulaiman is the owner.

"At the moment that is not the case so we cannot talk about that.

"The club has not yet been sold so it would not be right to talk about what may or may not happen. We are anticipating for everything to be completed in July, however, so that will change."
