Nathan Ake feels for Chelsea teammate Marco van Ginkel as he begins his recovery from knee injury.
Van Ginkel faces missing the season after suffering a serious knee injury last month.
"He has just returned from Barcelona after his surgery and still faces at least five months sitting on the sidelines," Ake told ANP. "It is very unfortunate for him, but he'll be back. I'm sure."
Ake has became close to his compatriot since his arrival from Vitesse Arnhem.
"It is nice that you can even talk a little Dutch with someone at training."
