Arsenal must move quickly if they're to land Dinamo Zagreb star Luka Modric.
The young midfielder is contracted to Dinamo until 2015, but is ready to leave as early as January and it's emerged his Croatian club have been in talks with Ajax over a deal.
Ajax see Modric as a natural replacement for Wesley Sneijder, now of Real Madrid, and are prepared to cough up £10 million to land the young midfield schemer.
Along with Arsenal, Bayern Munich will also compete with Ajax for Modric as the winter market draws near.
