Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen has agreed personal terms with Everton.
The Liverpool Echo says Klaassen is edging closer to a move to Everton after agreeing personal terms with the Blues.
Everton have been locked in negotiations with Ajax this week over the £26m transfer of the Dutch international and it is expected a deal will be finalised in the next day or so.
Klaassen, 24, is keen on a move to England and will sign a long-term deal at Goodison after Ronald Koeman made him one of his key targets this summer.
The confirmation of Klaassen's signing will come at the end of a week in which the Blues agreed a fee with Sunderland for goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
