Ajax goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen says he's not heard anything lately from Manchester United.

The Dutchman continues to be linked with United as a replacement for David de Gea - should he be sold to Real Madrid.

However, Cillessen insists the trail to Old Trafford has recently run cold.

"As far as I know it has never been a point of discussion. I, the club nor my agent have never heard anything about it.

"As far as I'm concerned, the season starts and ends with Ajax."
