John Heitinga was full of praise for former teammate Wesley Sneijder on Wednesday night.
The former Ajax and Everton star paid tribute to the Galatasaray ace who made his 125th appearance for Holland in the 1-1 friendly draw with Belgium in Amsterdam.
Former Ajax, Real Madrid and Inter Milan man Sneijder became just the second player in Dutch football history to reach the milestone and now sits just five caps behind Manchester United great Edwin van der Sar's all-time record of 130.
Ex-teammate Heitinga posted the following on Twitter:
