Ajax defender Mike van der Hoorn will complete his move to Swansea City today.

De Telegraaf says Ajax have accepted Swansea's offer of €2.5 million for the defender.

Van der Hoorn is today in Swansea for the final stage of his medical. Once that is complete, the transfer will be rubberstamped.

The 23 year-old has agreed terms over a three-year contract with Swans.

Van der Hoorn joined Ajax three years ago from FC Utrecht for €4 million.
