Ajax defender Mike van der Hoorn is in Wales today for talks with Swansea City.

De Telegraaf says Van der Hoorn has agreed to join Swans, but is yet to thrash out personal terms and will be at the Liberty today for meetings.

Swansea will cough up €2.5 million to sign the Dutchman.

Van der Hoorn will be accompanied by his agents to Wales today in an effort to complete the move as soon as possible.

The defender joined Ajax three years ago from FC Utrecht for €4 million.
