Ajax chief Marc Overmars has confirmed Christian Eriksen has rejected new terms.
The Dane, a target for Manchester United and Arsenal, is inside the final 18 months of his current deal.
Overmars said: "Christian has informed us that he doesn't want to sign a new contract right now. I think he and his agent want to see what opportunities present themselves this summer."
