Sergio Aguero has welcomed the imminent appointment of Manuel Pellegrini as new manager.

The striker expects to appoint former Malaga boss Pellegrini - who has managed in Aguero's homeland - early next month.

He said: "I don't know him personally but I have heard that he's a very good manager.

"We will have to make sure we adapt to the new system and try to do our best."
