Sergio Aguero has warned Manchester City chiefs he wants to play in the London Olympics.
That could cause a problem at City, as the Olympic Games clash with the build-up to the 2012-13 football season.
City's record £38million signing said: "The Olympics are very different and, above all, a great experience.
"It's all very different because you are in a complex with athletes from all different sports. You don't see that anywhere else but you see it there. I was very happy to experience the Olympics first-hand.
"To top it all, we managed to win it, which was fantastic and something for us all to remember.
"Whenever my country calls me up, I'm ready to go and play. Playing one minute, or even one second for my country is something very special."
