Sergio Aguero is fit for Manchester City's title decider tomorrow against West Ham United.

Aguero has shaken off a groin injury, with City knowing a draw should be enough to clinch a second title in three seasons.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini, speaking at his pre-match press conference, said: "The whole squad is fit for Sunday. It is very important, always for a manager, if you have your whole squad and choose from all your players."
