Sergio Aguero admits new coach Quique Sanchez Flores has his work cut out for him after his appointment at Atletico Madrid.

Flores watched on as Atletico failed to take advantage of a two man advantage against Real Mallorca to draw 1-1 yesterday.

Aguero lamented: "We must recognize that the team is very down from the psychological point of view. We lack confidence and believe we can not win games.

"I hope that with the arrival of a new coach he can give reverse this situation."

Aguero added: "I've never seen this happen, drawing against an opponent with two players short. It is difficult to explain why we performed so poorly."
