Juan Agudelo is not about to be sold by New York Red Bulls despite reports suggesting otherwise.
The talented 18-year old striker has recently been linked with both Atletico Madrid and AS Roma but Red Bulls general manager Erik Soler says him leaving New York is simply not the case.
"(Teams call), and they all get a very polite answer: Juan is going to stay with us, we're going to take care of him for the next years,'' Soler told the NY Post.
"When we feel he's ready, and we have good dialogue with the kid, I'll be more than happy to see him off to a bigger market.
"But that's not for now, and for me, not next season. We tell them politely but very clear.''
