Juan Agudelo has made it clear that his focus is on getting back to full fitness and top form with New England Revolution.
The 20-year old forward on Friday signed a pre-contract agreement with Premier League club Stoke City, allowing him to join the Potters in January, once his Revs contract expires.
Despite the exciting news, Agudelo is currently sidelined with a slight knee sprain and is determined to get himself playing at his best for the remainder of the MLS season with New England.
"The knee feels good," Agudelo told MLSsoccer.com on Tuesday. "I don't want to jinx anything, but, so far, it's fine. We'll see how this week goes.
"I'm just trying to do what I can do on the field to get back to playing. I like soccer, you know? I want to play soccer. I just want to get out there and play. It's what I enjoy doing."
