Juan Agudelo was at the Brit on Saturday to roar Stoke City to victory over Chelsea.
The USA striker, available from New England Revolution, remains in contact with Stoke despite the ridiculous ruling from the UK work permit panel to block his transfer last month.
The Sentinel says sources close to Agudelo say he watched Saturday's momentous victory over Chelsea and saw or heard nothing to weaken his admiration for the Premier League.
