Dan Agger is ready to pen a new deal with Liverpool.
The Daily Mail says Liverpool look to finally convinced Agger that his future lies on Merseyside with the Dane to sign a new deal with the club.
The Reds rejected several approaches for the defender during the summer, namely from Manchester City, which sparked discussions between the player and Anfield chiefs.
And now it seems the 27-year-old - who showed where his loyalties were when he got YNWA tattooed on his knuckles while City sniffed around - will put pen to paper in the coming days on a four-year contract worth around £75,000 a week.
