Dan Agger is proud of his longevity at Liverpool.
The Reds rebuffed several offers from Barcelona for the centre-back during the summer, who's revealed the pursuit of trophies have kept him focused solely on life at Anfield.
"In January, I'll have been at Liverpool for eight years," he told Danish paper Ekstrabladet.
"If you count how many central defenders who have gone through the system during that period, you need to use more than one hand.
"That's a lot, and I'm standing there still. I think that's a reason [I'm still at the club]. I know, that is!
"For me [staying at Anfield] it's also about making the team as strong as possible, because I'm hungry to win something. I believe winning things is possible."
