Daniel Agger admits this week's international fixture can help he and his Liverpool teammates grab a bit of respite from the arduous Premier League season.
The Reds currently sit second on the league table, just four points behind leaders Chelsea, as they chase a first domestic league title since 1990.
Wednesday night sees Agger's Denmark face England in a friendly at Wembley and the defender suggests it provides a welcome relief from the hectic nature of fighting for the Premiership.
"I think as a footballer you have to look at the next game, and the next game is against England for Denmark, so I can put that away for a bit, and as soon as that game is finished, back to Liverpool," he said of the friendly.
Liverpool next meet arch rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford on March 16, giving them a 15-day break from their 3-0 win at Southampton on the weekend.
