AS Monaco striker Radamel Falcao is keen on a return to Atletico Madrid.

El Mundo says agents for Falcao offered the Colombia striker to Atletico before Christmas.

The forward remains keen on a move back to Madrid - and was even willing to cut his ASM wages by 50 per cent to help negotiations along.

Former Monaco coach Leonardo Jardim is also in contact and eager to take the veteran with him to China. Jardim is being linked with Dalian Yifang.

However, Falcao favours remaining in Europe if he is to leave ASM this month.
