The agents of Lazio defender Stefan Radu have issued conflicting reports regarding their client.
The Romanians representatives, Joan and Viktor Becali, have both spoken to media today about the 25-year old with the former stating the player will remain in Rome whilst the latter suggests a move to England could be on the cards.
"I have not spoken to any English clubs. I honestly don't know where these stories have come from.
"I have not spoken to any English club and I have not heard from (Lazio president, Claudio) Lotito.
"There would be no point talking as Stefan is happy in Rome and has no intention of moving. I repeat, Radu will remain at Lazio."
Meanwhile, Viktor told Lalaziosiamonoi: "We are working with someone in England.
"There are three clubs that are very interested in Stefan.
"If we were to receive a good offer and Lazio were to accept, then he could leave.
"Otherwise, he is happy to remain in Rome. He is under contract until 2016.""This is all talk, Radu will remain at Lazio, " Joan Becali told Radio Mana Mana.
Interesting developments. Is this a ploy by the Becali's or simply miscommunication?
