Agents fees delaying Man City move for Arsenal midfielder Nasri

Agents' fees are holding up Samir Nasri's move from Arsenal to Manchester City.

The Daily Mail says Nasri seems destined to sign for Manchester City, with the Gunners agreeing a fee which is understood to be in the region of £25million, although there were still details to finalise, mainly concerning agents' fees.

Arsenal, however, are seriously depleted by injuries and suspensions, and Wenger needs all the players he can get.

So Nasri trained with the team, ate lunch with them and travelled with the squad to their hotel ahead of their clash against Liverpool.

"Nasri is one player of the 18 who have been picked," said manager Arsene Wenger. "He is paid this month by Arsenal FC. Why should he not play? You do your job until the last day of your life at the club and all the rest is speculation.

"One thing I don't question is the commitment of Samir Nasri to this club. Every day since he has arrived, every day in pre-season, he has worked with a fantastic spirit in training.

"If he's picked he plays, if he doesn't, he doesn't play and he will cope with the reaction of fans."
