Agent yet to hear from Man Utd over Ajax striker Suarez

The agent of Ajax star Luis Suarez has stonewalled talk of interest from Manchester United.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson regards the Uruguayan highly, but will not move for the striker in January as he wants to show faith in centre-forward Dimitar Berbatov.
Suarez's agent, Daniel Fonseca, told calciomercato.it: "The British press says Suarez is a step further from Manchester United? I wouldn't know, I haven't received any contact.
"Either way, Luis is a player liked by many clubs.
"Is it true his Dutch club want €50 million for him? I don't know, you'll have to ask them."

@anonymous...thanks for the info...have never seen suarez play....but i am trying to say that we need a goal machine type player from an la liga/ serie a/bundesliga etc....the eredivisie is not the ultimate test for a player...eg. kezman who supposedly rocked in holland but crashed in epl.... also dirk kuyt became a winger at liverpool simply coz he cud not get the goals...
Sorry frontal lobotomy there is a big difference between Forland and Suarez. Suarez is already playing a few years in Europe so he is adapted to the european style of play. Forlan came directly from S.America to Manchester.
@Lionel Santo: Kezman is a player who is like shevchenko play the ball just behind the defenders and he will run and score. Suarez is a player who can do that both receive the ball create and opportunity. If you have to compare him with a player now at manu then it would be Rooney. He never gives up always, strong with the bal and real instinct for the goal. I think if he goes to a bigger league he will not need that much time to adapt. Let's see how much goals he will finish the season.
50 m for suarez...even kezman was touted as a goal machine....with the prices being asked for unknown players we cud have charged 200m for CR7...
