The agent of Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov has welcomed interest from Lazio.

Gerry Palomba told Lalaziosiamonoi.it: "I have not been contacted [by Lazio], but I don't know about City.

"Would he agree to join Lazio? Of course. Valeri still feels Italian and hopes to come back. Lazio are a club no one could reject. It's a top team and [president Claudio] Lotito has done an excellent job.

"Bojinov has fully recovered from his injury, as proved by his goal against 1860 Munich, and the Citizens have confirmed they have faith in him. Lazio are an interesting idea, but I'll be able to say more when there is a concrete offer."
