The agent of Victor Moses insists no deal for the Wigan Athletic attacker has been struck with Chelsea.
The winger, rated by the Latics at £10million, has so far only attracted a £6m offer from Chelsea.
His agent Neil Fewings said: "Reports that a £9m deal has been agreed between Chelsea and Wigan is not true."
