The agent of Toni Kroos expects the Manchester United target to remain with Bayern Munich.
Kroos' representative Volker Struth has disappointed United manager David Moyes by claiming he will not leave Bayern before the end of his contract.
"There is no official contract offer," Struth told Bild. "Moreover, there is no need to make an official offer, because Toni Kroos will play at FC Bayern at least until 2015."
