Inter Milan have been warned they would have to pay a hefty compo fee to land Turkey coach Guus Hiddink.
The former Chelsea boss is now among the favourites for the Inter job.
"Hiddink has a contract with Turkey so, before any talks, Moratti must first express his interest to the Turkish FA," Cees Van Nieuwenhuizen told Gazzetta.it.
"The only way that Hiddink would evaluate a Nerazzurri offer is if an agreement can be reached between Inter and Turkey.
"However, Hiddink is a professional and he has never broken a contract in his entire career."
It is rumoured Hiddink could be freed for a 6m buy-out fee.
