The agent of Cerro Porteno striker Sergio Diaz admits AS Roma are dragging their feet over a deal.

Roma remain favourites to sign the Paraguayan.

“For Diaz we will give the priority to Roma.

"But if they don't make it official then we'll listen to an offer that has arrived from a Dutch side," agent Gianni Delmes told Radio Viva.
