Italian agent Luca Vargiu says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger needs to strengthen his defensive options.
Vargiu has close ties to English football and was asked by TMW about the Gunners' transfer plans.
"If I had the opportunity, I would say they should invest in a goalkeeper.
"I think their market will be based on strengthening the defense, ie from the midfield down.
"It is evident Arsenal will compete for the title and are in a strong position in the Champions League if they can strengthen."
