The agent of Atletico Madrid winger Jose Antonio Reyes has encouraged Roma to bid for the player.

Dario Canovi said: "I feel Reyes is a player suited to the game of Roma, not that Roma are interested in him.

"It does not match any negotiations, the club has other goals, though it's not a secret the fact that someone like Jose Antonio could cover all attacking roles."
