Italian agent Enrico Fedele believes Napoli should make a move for Real Madrid midfielder Kaka.
Fedele, a former sports director at Parma, believes Napoli should cash in on Marek Hamsik and replace him with Kaka.
He explained: "The idea I have is to take Kaka on loan, with most of the salary paid by the club he belongs to. Other operations in the past have been conducted along these lines.
"It could be an excellent solution for the relaunch of the player."
