The agent of Neymar believes Real Madrid can forget about signing the Santos whiz for another year.
Wagner Ribeiro knows Santos will not consider selling the winger this summer and cannot see the player accepting a move in January after the Club World Cup.
"The biggest European transfers happen in the summer market. It is difficult to see major operations in January," said Ribeiro.
"Also, they know it is difficult for a player to fit into the team when the season is already halfway through in January. The teams are already established."
It's also emerged Real - or any foreign club - are prevented by FIFA transfer laws from meeting Neymar's €45 million buyout clause for three years of his contract - which was signed in 2010.
