Heart of Midlothian midfielder Rudi Skacel is being sued by agent Jochen Kientz.
The 39-year old player representative claims he is owed £60,000 by his client for helping him make the move from Greek club Larissa back to Tynecastle in 2010.
"It is absolutely written what I am due.""I have a contract which states I represent him - we both signed it. If you are the agent of a player, he has to pay you," Kientz said.
But Skacel has other ideas and the matter will now head to the Edinburgh Court of Session.
"He never approached Hearts. I did all the work on my own," the Czech star said.
