The agent of Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar has dismissed talk of interest from Manchester United.

The Brazilian was linked with United last week.

But Silvano Martina told calcionews24.com: "I have to be honest, in my opinion there isn't even a one per cent chance that such a move will take place.

"It seems absurd to me. Manchester United spent €25m on David De Gea and I don't think it is likely that they'll bring in Julio Cesar alongside him.

"That would only complicate matters for Manchester United as De Gea would totally lose all tranquility.

"It's a move that can't happen."
