The agent of Giuseppe Rossi says the striker is staying with Villarreal.

Agent Federico Pastorello believes the 23-year-old will stay at El Madrigal next term.

"Giuseppe Rossi will probably stay at Villarreal," Pastorello told Sky Italia.

"He has another three years left on his deal, even if important proposals don't arrive."

Rossi has again been linked with Fiorentina after striker Stevan Jovetic suffered an injury blow and will miss the majority of the season.

Asked about the link with the Viola, Pastorello added: "Fiorentina? There is an appreciation by the club, but it seems to me that the Viola won't move in market."
