The agent of Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon says a move to Real Madrid is still on.

Antonio Caliendo insists the ball is now in Real Madrid's court.

"For the moment there is a difference between offer and demand. The sooner the situation is resolved, the better it is," Caliendo told Calciomercato.it.

"The ribbon has to be cut by both presidents. If he does leave Inter then Real Madrid is the likely possibility.

"I think it will not be difficult for both presidents to reach an agreement."
